Hello, Me and my Fiance ended up rescuing a dog from a bad situation, she was abused, neglected, kept outside in the freezing cold. she is very timid around people due to the last owners, we would like to raise money for her medical bills, her spay, her "cauliflower ear" from the previous owners, and also professional training to help her get better, she is a nice dog but she feels threatened around new dogs. any help would be greatly appreciated thank you for your help.
