Help Roy Clear Off His Financial Debts

I was retrenched from my work after more than 9 years with the company. I got my retrenchment benefits and started up a automotive business with a close friend using the money from the retrenchment benefits. At the same time, I was undergoing divorce with my ex-wife at that time. I almost got into depression and incurred credit card debts from my excessive drinking. Friends also took advantage of my situation to cheat me of my money. However, I overcame it and stop the excessive drinking and broke off contacts with those friends. I sold off the house and from the proceeds, I pump into a F&B business with the same friend as he approached me if I wanted to invest. He painted a nice picture of how much revenue we can receive. Thereafter, he approached me for another overseas investment and I borrowed from my dad to invest into the joint venture. The automotive business setup till now, the monthly revenue had not been able to completely cover the overheads and I had to pump more money to keep it floating, adding onto my credit card debts and also taking up bank loans to pay off the credit cards. Recently, I found out that the close friend who is my business partner had been overstating the required capital, using my capital to cover his share with him contributing zero or minimal capital without my knowledge. All in all, the business ventures did not make any returns and all my money were stuck in the investments while I still had to pay the monthly credit cards and loans.
