Help Required for a Very Poor Family- 100% Donation – Its Ramadhan

The Islamic Email Circle has been running for over 15 years. Alhumdulilah, we have worked in many projects , our past fund raising has been for madrasa in Pakistan, which has been very successful masha'Allah - we have over 100 girls attending daily at MA GIRLS SCHOOL IN Shamashabad, learning Quraan and Islamic Studies. It is the month of Ramadhan, and we are trying to help a very very poor family who are extremely poor- their son recently fell off a high area and broke his back and is now confined to a wheel chair.

The father is an elderly man, nearly 70 years of age, working as a labourer in Karachi- however, he is full of imaan, prays 5 times and will never miss his Salah.

If you can please donate whatever you can in this month of Ramadhan, to help towards the build of his house- he has 4 kids and they are living in very poorly conditions, such that they dont even have a proper toilet or kitchen

The money raised is for a VERY poor man who is really in need of your zakaat or sadqa- and we assure you 100% donation ( Please note, this funding website does take a small % of your funds, something like 1% but we , The Islamic Email Circle Team, will NOT take a penny )

Please do give whole heartedly, your help can bring a smile to a very poor family who have experienced really financial stress and their son is now confined to a wheel chair.

If we can get 100 donators to give £10 - we have gone beyond our expectation. The money is to build his house and to give comfort to their disabled son.

Narrated Abu Huraira (RadhiAllahu Anhu):

Allah’s Apostle (SallAllahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) said, “Allah said, ‘O son of Adam! Spend, and I shall spend on you.” [Sahih Al-Bukhari: Volume 7, Book 64, Number 264]

The Prophet (SallAllahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) said, “The one who looks after a widow or a poor person is like a Mujahid (warrior) who fights for Allah’s Cause, or like him who performs prayers all the night and fasts all the day.”

[Sahih Al-Bukhari: Volume 7, Book 64, Number 265]

So the Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) compared the one who looks after a poor person, with the one who fights in the cause of Allah (SWT) As everyone knows, the one who fights in the cause of Allah has a very high place and status in Islam, it is one of the highest honors one can have, yet the Prophet Muhammad (SallAllahu Alayhi Wa Sallam) explicitly states that a person who looks after a poor person is like the one who fights in the cause of Allah (SWT) Thus one can see the very high value and importance Islam attaches to helping and looking after the poor. This teaching is a major incentive and motivation for the people to take care, and to look after the poor.
