Help request for better mental health medication/assistance

Hello and welcome, if you're reading this, I thank you for taking the time to view my campaign. I'll get straight to the point. For most of my life I've been suffering from major depression, various forms of anxiety, ocd based complications, irritable bowel syndrome and other health challenges. Due to my health and other life circumstances I've mostly had to rely on receiving medical assistance from public government clinics and hospitals. Unfortunately, the public clinics only have a small selection of anti-anxiety/anti-depressants available. The medication with the least side effects was in the end found to be Effexor XR capsules and I've been taking it for over 10 years. It's been difficult as no medication is perfect but there were ok days.

Medication prices have grown over the years though and as such Effexor XR is now no longer available at the government clinics and needs to be purchased privately from a pharmacy. I'm currently on Zydus tablets which is the closest the clinic has to Effexor. I've been on it for most of 2021 and it's not nearly as effective. It's been a struggle and I'm just trying to get back on original medication. Also the replacement tablets have introduced some rough persistent side effects.

Most of my income comes from a small disability grant so purchasing the medication I need privately is just not financially viable at this stage, especially since I require a moderately high dosage. Really, any donation would be greatly appreciated. The funds will go towards seeing a psychologist for the scripts and the medication for up to a year. To be completely honest, this whole medication situation has been causing me lots of worry and difficult nights. I just could not see a way to get around this problem but so glad I found this platform. Hoping for the best!
