Help Rayna get better

Hello my name is Nina, my daughter made me a grandmother of fraternal twins it was a vary happy day for us my granddaughter was born with a liver disease called paucity. It when you have vary few bile ducts in your liver and she has a fat absorption problem which means she can't digest fats. She also has an enlarged spleen. She is now 18 month old she still has not been able to stand on her own so with not standing she has been able to walk either so it's a growing concern that my daughter and had she will be getting physical therapy but the reason that I want and need to raise money is because we need to take Rayna to the mayo clinic. For testing of her spleen to see if a storage problem and to figure out why she's not walking any donation will help get her there. I work a full time job and I'm a single mother of 2 teenagers. I'm the only one who has a car at the time. My daughter has a part time job we just don't have the money to get down there and stay for 4 days. I want to thank you for reading my story.
