Why you should fund me?
I started to pay attention to computer science, particularly in programming during a time when I was watching ;The 100 Series;. In one of the episodes, I saw a hologram image that was able to talk, think, understand, and to decide what to do. Personally, this was strange for a young boy to believe. Unanswered questions kept running in my mind; how can an image act like a human being? Could there be a language for me to talk with a piece of a computer? Or could there be a machine able to function alone?
From that time, I began to search and explore the world of computer program. My passion for
A year ago, I returned to my hometown, Hebron, to complete High School. Besides my studies, I continued to develop my skills on programming, where I finished Java Language professionally at App inventor. From all of that, I gained knowledge on programming languages, where I also found my desires to pursue a higher degree in that field. In addition, I was capable to solve different problems I faced independently. To this then, I was thinking of how I can pass my knowledge amongst my classmates. My second journey began in teaching my classmates. During this, I faced many obstacles, but the main struggle was most students were busy with school. So, I decided to take a step back and introduce students to the importance of technology in our lives and how much fun it is to build things with programming. After weeks of attempting to convince students, I succeeded to persuade 15 to educate them on programming, besides general knowledge concerning function of computer. Then, in a month, I taught those 15 students, where they were able to start coding using Html5 language.
During this year, I was thinking of what I should do next. I continued educating my students,
where we established a group known as 'Leading for Change'. My idea to set up this team was to create an electronic system of education and convert books into e-books. For now, half of the mission had been completed; successfully my team and I were able to covert three books electronically.
My passion to create extraordinary things, and my love for creative and change motivated me to specify in the field of computer science.
