Help put a future lawyer to register at University

I am just a 18 year old South African in need of just R5000 to register at the University of the Western Cape to study for a LLB degree of four years. My only problem is that my mother is our breadwinner and only works as a cleaner so her pay is not enough to help me even register as the payment is due next week as I also have to arrive at Res before I forfeit my accommodation offer. My bursary only pays next month in February but by that time the registration period would be closed.
