Help Pitch In 4 Our Future MLB Players Dream Come True!

Our boys, Tyrae and Nathaniel, have been presented with a once in a lifetime opportunity. Together, they tried out for a local travel ball team, Delaware Blue Hens Select, with several other boys their age. Only 3 openings were available on this team and our boys each earned their own spot! Their main tournament will be played in Cooperstown, NY (which is almost every young baseball player's dream!) At this tournament, along with competing against some of the best teams across the country, they will be indicted into the Youth Baseball Hall of Fame! This is the only year they will have this chance since it is only for the age group they are in now. These boys have worked to become the amazing ball players they are today. As parents, we could not be more proud!

Tyrae' is an 11 yr old whom has been playing baseball since age 3. He is a well-rounded player. Tyrae' plays Fall Ball, Community Ball, and Travel Ball. He plays all positions with pitching, catching, and shortstop being the main ones. When not playing on the field himself, he's playing a baseball video game, or in the backyard pitching to his father whom manages his Community team. He LOVES baseball!!! Tyrae's favorite baseball team is the Washington Nationals. Favorite player is Bryce Harper. Tyrae's dream is to become an MLB player for his favorite team.

Nathaniel is a soon-to-be 11 yr old who has discovered his talent and passion in life...BASEBALL!!! Nathaniel only started playing last spring, not knowing anything about the game. In one year he has become an amazing ball player competing with boys that have been playing for years. He has developed into a well-rounded player playing all positions. His passion and main positions are pitching, catching, and 2nd. Nathaniel's biggest attribute, talent and ability aside, is his heart on and off the field. With small stature, he's always had to overcome people thinking and saying he is too small and needs to be bigger. However, once they see him play, they are always shocked at his ability. Nathaniel has played for our local Little League and made All Stars, Fall Ball, and Travel Ball. Nathaniel's favorite baseball teams are the Washington Nationals and the Baltimore Orioles.

Tyrae and Nathaniel have been playing baseball together since last fall. Baseball has brought our boys, and our two families, together and we have created a lifelong long friendship. Our boys work extremely hard on and off the field. They both are Honor Roll students and always give 110% in everything they do. We believe whole heartedly our boys have earned this opportunity and deserve a chance. Baseball continues to develop them into wonderful young men who demonstrate what it takes to make dreams come true! Tournaments, travel expenses, and yearly tuition for Tyrae' and Nathaniel will be about 10,000+. With that being said, this amazing opportunity comes with a heavy financial burden. However, as any parent can relate, we want to see our children succeed in accomplishing all dreams they work so hard towards and help them anyway we possibly can. We are in need of assistance. EVERY donation big or small, $1 to $100 or more will help our boys get one step closer to Cooperstown! Any and ALL donations will be appreciated more than you could ever imagine.
