Help Pearl hear

Hi, I have recently started a new job and come across the most amazing woman named Pearl.

Pearl is a trainee manager and was born deaf, she has never in her life had the opportunity to hear her loved ones voices. Pearl is so incredibly motivated and hard working, I often have conversations with her via pen and paper but today really provoked my emotions when she told me how she wished she could hear but has never had the funds...

Today was the day I decided that I wanted to help her, although I wish I could pay for her I don't have enough funds to do so.
