Help our family get our own flat

Hi everyone, my name is Vasek. Me and my fiancee Jana have started a family last year and our beautiful daughter was born on may 2016. We currently live in rented flat, but we would really need to get our own place - to do so we need to take a mortgage, which would allow us to have almost same monthly fees, but have bigger appertment for our daughter. My fiancee Jana suffers from Crohn disease so she needs to travel a lot to doctors and a special diet, which doesn't allow us to save much money. So I came up with this idea to ask You people to help us get the 10% of bigger appartment price to get mortgage. Thank you for your support.
