Help Open a much Needed Child Care Facility

I live in a small town where child care is limited but needed badly. I plan on opening a child care facility with lower weekly prices to help the lower income families. I’ve got a great business plan together. I’m getting an architect to draw up the plans so I can cost materials out. (I have a sample plan of what I want drawn up by the architect) I’ve found the property to build the facility. I’ve done all the research and got a portfolio together for the banks. I’m needing help with the down payment that will be required. It will be hard for me to accomplish this goal without your help.

I have always had a love for children. They are my passion. Why I never ended up in the teaching field is the question I ask myself daily. But I feel as though this past year has lead me to this child care facility. I want a safe fun place for children to come. I want them to thrive and enjoy every minute. I want a place where speech therapists and tutors and mentors can come and help these children.

Yes, I want to open a child care facility, but I want it to be much more than “babysitting”. I want it to be a home and a place for children to learn and grow to become great contributors to our society.
