HELP ON ALL MY MEDICAL BILLS

Back in May 2019, I was at my grandkids school helping. I fell at the school and broke my arm . I had to have surgery on my arm and had a plate put in my arm to keep all the bones together. But that was not the only thing happen on my fall. I pull something inside and had to go and have surgery on my belly button. I had my appendix with small bowel with mesh remove from me. I still have to have one more surgery on my arm to have the plate remove from arm because it is coming out of my elbow.
