Help needed to pay outstanding attorney fees, coming legal action expenses, rebuild my destroyed business and move forward.

My story started when I decided to start a new business in the U.S. one of my wife's relatives heard about that and convinced me that he'll help me to start it and introduce people to me then we became partners. I’ve moved myself and my family to the U.S. and lost everything back home, family, friends, home, cars, furniture, moving expenses and business after a lot of promises from my ex partner and I worked very hard to make things happen "alone" and succeed. 8 months later I've sent him an email complaining that he isn't performing, did nothing and didn't pay his initial payment for company's shares. from that days things started to change but I was looking into it in a good faith and never thought that I'll be a fraud victim, later in October 2017 he surprisingly took over the company when he realized that I'm about to close around $300,000 profit and decided to take my company over and sent an email to clients and suppliers informing them that he is the only owner and removed me from my company's bank account, stole the money there, controlled my business email, spread defamatory and false statements about me to guarantee occupying my efforts and my company's coming business, then he filled a frivolous law suit against me to harm my immigration status, scare and threat me. A lot of things committed against me to harass and scare me till I won the lawsuit. 18 days later he tried to use the legal system to abuse me again and I won too, then the court granted me a part of the attorney fees. all that costed me a lot and I paid whatever I can pay then I'm debt of around $15,000 to my lawyer now.

He committed very serious charges and reflect a pattern of lies and dishonesty over an extended period of time against me and my family. They are significant in their own right. They are particularly significant when done by a partner who didn’t pay his investment or perform into the company, a partner who, through ethics and reasonableness standards, should understand what it means to be a partner, to engage in honest and fair dealing, protection of the company and partners interests and adherence to the law.

He disregarded that ethics, disregarded those reasonableness standards, and decided that he was above the law, and presented the lowest form of honesty by taking my company over, control and withdraw the company’s funds from its bank account, spreading false and defamatory statements against me, took position of my email and personal information, threatened and harassed me and my family including our immigration status and for that, he must pay a very, very serious price.”

All that acts destroyed me and my family in so many levels, financial, emotionally and socially. we are living and spending from my savings with zero income without health insurance because I can't afford it and can't even work.

I learned that my ex partner have a very long history of fraud and he has multiple lawsuits and fraud reports against him, He used to steal money from people especially new immigrants or people who can't afford litigation expenses and he destroyed a lot of people's life including his wife and kids. Briefly, He's dangerous and don't deserve to walk a step outside the prison.

now I'm around $15,000 behind my attorney legal fees and because of the nature of my immigration legal status I'm not allowed to work in any other business than the disputed so I should keep fighting and file for arbitration to recover my loss and get my company back by law, amend my immigration status, rebuild my business and that will cost a lot of money.

I'm raising funds for my legal expenses and raising awareness of a situation that it could be you, your brother, father, son, husband, wife, friend, uncle tomorrow and become a victim of this crook, we should uncover and stop him, save the his potential victims and the community and protect the real American people reputation as this kind of people should never exemplifies the Americans, and I'll be grateful if you guys could help me keep fighting and recover my business, my life by staying here and rebuild what he destroyed or go back to my country and restore what I already lost there, NOW I'M STUCK, I CAN'T TAKE STEP FORWARD OR STEP BACK.
