HELP MY SON FIGHT BLOOD CANCER

my son has been fighting with his blood cancer for three years. He has to go through dialysis twice a week, sometimes less depend on the availability of electricity and the medical requirement. Recently the fistula an access made by joining an artery and vein in the arm that allow blood to flow out to and return from a dialysis machine got blocked and it need immediate surgery. He cannot risk missing a dialysis session and the doctor said that he have to do the surgery within a week , if not it will be life threatening for a kidney failure patient.

I really want to help my son to this surgery happen, after having discussions with my boss I know that it will cost a lot of money which my family couldn’t afford. Living far away from my family really makes me feel helpless. I really really want to save my son..he is my only one son so I decided to raise this amount of money and send it to Damascus to contribute in the medical expenses for the surgery thru this crowdfunding.
