Help My Parents Renew Their Vows

My parents have been married for 16 years. My father is now 74 years old and my mother is 55. They are currently in bankruptcy and cannot afford much of anything. My father is still working but everything he makes goes to the people managing their bankruptcy. The other day, while riding in the car with my father, he told me how badly he wants to propose to my mother and do something special to let her know that he still loves her. My father is an amazing man, and he deserves to have this dream come true. He has always been there for the family, through thick and thin. He told me the way he wanted to do things.. He said he wanted to take her out to a nice restaurant and propose, he would then present her with tickets to a resort in the Dominican Republic where they would renew their vows and enjoy a vacation. At this rate, my father may not be around much longer, he has been getting sicker. He now has diabetes, and two chronic heart conditions. I would love to raise money for this cause and present it to him. He would be so touched by everyone who contributed. Please help my parents, after everything they have been through - they deserve this.
