Help My Parents & Me

I'm a 20 years old university student and I live with my parents.
My father got a stroke 6 years ago and since then I struggle with my mom. She works really hard and I help her as much as I can but we still barely have enough money to pay the bills every month and have food on the table. We really don't know where to ask for help, and we hate to beg but I don't know what to do anymore. My mom is very depressed.

Our house is in a serious need of renovation, it's starting to fall apart, and we have very old windows and doors as well that we would like to replace with newer ones. I would also buy my mom a new bed, because that's an old one as well, it's uncomfortable and it causes her physical pain.
