help my mum make it to my wedding

me and my partner have been together 9 and half years, we got engaged and decided that we would go to Mexico to get married. I am from a small family and my mum has been the roll of dad and mum. so she has been trying so hard to save money for my dress. but we all know what it's likebana a bill comes up and then the money for the dress goes down. she has said she won't be able to come as she will only be able to give me some money for a dress now. and I know it's hard to say but I'm gutted she won't be able to come or buy my dress now. as least it would have been as if she was there. so I'm now going for cheap dresses. to hope to pay for my own. to bring her to Mexico for the 1 week just to see me get married and fly back is just over 3000 the rest of the party coming will be there for 2 weeks. I wish we had money to go for her to stay will us. but as long as she could get there that would be the best.
