Everyone has been touched by a tumor, either through family or friends and we all know it is a horrible disease that brings sadness and pain to our family. I would like you to help my mother fight this disease by enabling her access to potentially life-saving treatment that is Stop for insufficient money.

Selina Akter is a wife and mother of two children aged 18 and 22 and she is my dear mother. My mother was diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma in 2015 and has been bravely fighting it ever since. The lack of money has stopped my mother's operation for 4 years.

Most (about 90% to 95%) cancers of the stomach are adenocarcinoma. A stomach cancer or gastric cancer almost always is an adenocarcinoma. These cancers develop from the cells that form the innermost lining of the stomach.

WHAT MY MOTHER HAS BEEN THROUGH

In September 2015, My mother feeling very ill and after medical test doctor finds out my mother has stomach tumor Adenocarcinoma. Because lack of money we can't start her treatment. That time she told us after managing money she will start her treatment. But daily life expenses and problem make this prosses very tricky. But now the disease become worse day by day. Now the doctor says as quickly as possible we need to start her treatment. She needs 10000 dollars to start her treatment But till now we manage 3100 dollars.

She tries to slow down the progress of adenocarcinoma by taking Medicines, But

None of these has slowed the progression of cancer.

So as you can see my mother is a fighter. She is an extremely positive person and continues to be involved as much as possible in her children’s schools and sports teams. She is always the first person to help and always does it with a smile, despite what she is going through.

SO WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP

My family is doing everything in their power to fund as much of this as possible, remortgaging our house and potentially selling it if necessary. But it is a lot of money to find.
