Help my home and life be better places

For three months now I have been facing the threat of homelessness due to low income which then decreased when the situation's stress made me ill.

I am not yet able to return to work but there is light at the end of the housing tunnel. I have been offered a council flat and from a size viewpoint it is better than where I am now. However, it needs carpets, curtains, lampshades and more paint on the walls - impossible to buy on SSP.

I was initially in floods of tears at the sight of it but now I'm trying to be philosophical. It would be lovely to have a bigger home I can make more my own and I've really no choice but to leave where I am now. I'm on an expired notice and basically the landlord/letting agency can't wait to get me out of there despite knowing the damage done to me already by the situation.

If any of you could provide me with any of the above items for free I would be so grateful and will do whatever I can to promote your own causes, businesses, etc via social media. You will also have a new friend in me and that'll be very much worth your while, too!
