Help my Grandmother at Venezuela!

Hello, dear friends!

As you may well know, Venezuela is going through one of

the most difficult times in history, this creates a lot of problems

for all the people living there (starvation, poor health condition and so on...).

Most of my family is still living over there, and right now one of

the most important persons in my life -my Grandma- the woman who

helped my mom raise me, is needing our help!

Besides dealing with severe food shortage now she´s dealing with

a serious medical condition that is affecting her sight and blood pressure.

She needs to have surgery on her eyes and go through an intensive

blood pressure control treatment, Public Hospitals in Venezuela

don´t have the medication (not even anesthesia) they need in order

to perform this kind of procedures. That´s why she needs to do it

on a private clinic, something that is out of their reach because of

the tough economics they´re dealing with.

Please, help me help my family, my beloved Grandmother...

Como ustedes bien saben, Venezuela está atravesando uno de los

tiempos más difíciles de la historia, esto crea muchos problemas

para todas las personas que viven allí (hambre, mal estado de salud y así sucesivamente ...).

La mayoría de mi familia sigue viviendo allí, y en estos momentos una de

las personas más importantes de mi vida-mi abuela- la mujer que

ayudó a mi mamá a criarme, está necesitando nuestra ayuda.

Además de lidiar con una grave escasez de alimentos, ahora

una condición médica seria está afectando su vista y presión arterial.

Necesita someterse a una cirugía en los ojos y

un tratamiento intensivo para presión arterial, los Hospitales Públicos en Venezuela

no tienen la medicación (ni siquiera la anestesia) que necesitan para

para llevar a cabo este tipo de procedimientos. Por eso necesita hacerlo

en una clínica privada, algo que está fuera de su alcance debido a

la dura economía a la que se enfrentan.

Por favor, ayúdenme a ayudar a mi familia, a mi amada abuela ...

Cualquier cosa que puedan dar, aunque sea un centavo, será una bendición.
