Help my family turn our house into a home!

I have been a single mom to three beautiful kids for 17 years now. It has been hard with many ups and a lot of downs- but somehow we made it through everything together. I work full time and have a beat up jeep, but with 3 kids it's hard to put aside any money. Child support is court ordered, but their dad doesn't see them or ever make any payments. He's currently over $25,000 behind and has a warrant out for it, but I know I will never see that money or get any help from him. I have been working on my repairing my credit for the last year in hopes of being able to get a loan so I can move my home to some land. Even though my credit is slowly getting better, it's still not good enough for a loan. (After 10 years of struggling and using all of my tax returns, I was able to pay off my home two years ago)

I know this is a long shot, but I'm starting to lose hope that I will ever be able to own land and have a place my kids can call "home". I guess that I'm just hoping that someone out there will see this and God will put it on their hearts to help out in some way. Until then, I'll just keep trying to save the little that I can.
