Help my family to avoide eviction!!!

PLEASE, HELP US!!!

There is an urgent need to raise $5300 until October 11, 2022!

My husband and I, we bought a land plot with a house in 2015 under the agreement to pay in installments. Later the owner demanded to have the amount repaid in dollars, although all transactions were supposed to be in tenge. We had nowhere to go with an 8-month-old baby in our arms and had to agree. We managed to collect a half of the amount and paid back in installments a total of $9,000 before the pandemic, and we are now struggling with remaining half of the amount, we just do not arrive to find the money because of the pandemic and its consequences – we had some health issues and thus associated health costs, a sharp rise in the cost of food, and then increase of the dollar exchange rate.

The owner is taking steps to evict us through the court, if we do not pay the entire amount of the debt which is $9,000. She wants the entire amount in one installment and in dollars. There was a preliminary court hearing on September 19. As a result, the first court hearing is scheduled on October 11, 2022. We tried to get a bank loan, but NO BANK GIVES US A LOAN, because we cannot be officially registered in this house and use all our civil rights, because the Owner does not want to register us in this house, which is the place of our actual residence!

I have already contacted all banks! We have invested an enormous amount of toil into repairs and improvement of the house, the only though of losing it hurts so much! We have no idea where to go with our child. God works miracles through the hands of His faithful children. If all people around us donate or lend us $10-$100, you will save us!
