Help my family

I'm a father of four a veteran and desperate we are looking for help my grandmother is sick and is the owner of our home as of right now we are trying to buy the property from her since she can no longer afford to own the home with out another source of income. I've been working on my credit but the deadline to where she has to sell is coming up. We have no where else to go if we don't get the house. Please anything to reach our goal will help.
