Help my daughter

Please help a Father with his Daughter - Custody Modification Support - My 14 year old daughter wants to live with me due to events that have been occurring at my ex wife's house like witnessing domestic violence, not being validated or supported in her school efforts, witnessing animal abuse, inadequate nutritional requirements, and emotional and physical abuse by the ex wife's boyfriend. All these events came to light recently because my daughter was told not to say anything and the mother has been saying negative things about me all along. We have support from family and friends but the legal process will most likely be drawn out and the legal expenses incurred will drain us financially. I will do anything to help my daughter achieve her goals and part of that is to surround herself with positive and encouraging role models. She has a passion for the Military and is enrolled in ROTC which I believe is part of her support system as well as friends, parents and teachers that have been aware of the situation and encouraged her to come forward with the truth. Any donations will be appreciated and will go directly to legal expenses.
