Help my dad’s dream come true

Please help my father get the land of his dreams. My father was in the process of looking for land to retire on when my mother lost her job. So he had to cut that dream loose. I have always wanted to surprise him with enough money to buy his dream land. All he has ever talked about is homesteading. If I could get some help and support on this journey to surprise my father before his birthday comes up, I will finally see him truly happy. My mother and father have been wanting to retire and relax but as of right now, they can't do that. I wish I had enough money to help them, but as of right now, I do not. Please help me give them the best present they could ever ask for. This will truly bring tears to my father's eyes. Anything helps! Thank you.
