Help my amazing girlfriend battle with thyroid

Hi all, i started this to help my girlfriend fight with thyroid. She is 28 years old and her thyroid is in a very bad shape, currently waiting for an operation because her thyroid is in too bad shape to operate right now. On top of that it is affecting her eyes, she got something called Graves disease. That is why i am starting this, operation for her eyes is 8000 euros.

I dont know will this help, hopefully it will because i dont know what else to do. She did not have an easy life, she worked all the way through college,payed it herself and finished it. Right now cant find a job here in Croatia (it is a bit hard to that here for anyone) but it is harder for her because her self esteem is very low cause of her state and the fact if she works it can get only worse. Thyroid gets you moody, she gets sick all the time because of her poor immunity, cant eat almost anything and gets tired a lot. She was the most joyful person ever, always smiling and ready to help anyone, anywhere and never wanted anything in return, now all that changed, i see just the glimps of that in her, she is too sad and depressed, always wearing sun glasses, i only have one picture of her without them. Since i hate seeing her like that i decided to ask for help here, she would probably kill me if she knew (hopefully wont kill me if we collect the money).
