Help Miguel Have His Gender Reaffirming Top Surgery

Hello, my name is Miguel and I am a trans man. I've been treated already with hormone replacement therapy, but I still have them boobs.

The surgery in Brazil is very expensive and even more so with PayPal fees (including a hotel to stay, food, compressing binder, all that).

Please help! It would ease my dysphoria so much, not being stuck with these two bags of fat. I also don't plan on having kids so honestly, them being gone would make my life much easier.
