Help Michael get to St. Donat!

Many thanks to our friends and family who have helped with donations for Michael's trip! With online and offline donations we have managed to raise $300. After talking with the principal, I have arranged for the due date to be extended to give us a bit more time to make payments and we now have until the first of March to pay the remainder. If anyone would still like to help towards the cost of this trip for Michael, we are grateful for any donations that can offset the final cost for us. Hi Everyone!

This year Michael is attending grade 8 at Module Vanier, a French Immersion school in Kingston Ontario. His grade 8 class is fortunate to be participating in a full French Immersion experience in St. Donat Quebec in March 2015. They are all excited to be able to take part in many acitivities including skiing, snow boarding, ice skating, indoor and outdoor games, French language workshops, entertainment and other learning experiences. The trip is hosted by 'Perspectives', a fully staffed group catering specifically to French Language educational experiences in St. Donat. The trip is expensive but definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity for Michael and his friends. I have paid the deposit (balance has been extended to March 1st 2015) and we are appealing to any friends and family who feel able to offer a small donation to help towards the cost of this trip for Michael.       Salut, Je suis Michael. Je suis allé à des écoles d'immersion toute ma vie, mais Vanier était le plus amusant. Saint Donat est un voyage que je peux faire qu'une seule fois avec tous mes amis et probablement de toute l'école. Il est un voyage très cher mais je espérait que je pourrais recueillir des fonds pour aider avec le coût du voyage. Je vous remercie à l'avance!
