Help me to live normal life again

Hi, my name is Matej, and I come from small town in Croatia. I'm 22yo and I have diabetes and it is impossible for me to work physically because my sugar in blood osscilate very often. That is not excuse for me to not working, I worked seasonally at the sea as a waiter and it was hard for me. So year ago I opened my own caffe bar. I didn't have any money to start with and I applied for subvention from my city but they denied me. Somehow I manage to open it anyway. I didn't have help from my parents, they are both retired so they don't have money. Work was going great, I didn't work as much physically until my waitresses quit their job this year. Then it all started to go down. I was drowning in debts from suppliers and taxes.. I worked all day long for months. I had to close it, then COVID-19 came and until now I couldn't find any job and my debts are waiting and there is no chance I can pay them off with normal job. In December execution is coming to my parents house ( thats where I live ) they will take everything from us, and we don't have much. So please help me, even 1euro is much for me You are my last hope for normal life. :(
