HelP me to Help this families with disabilities and Poor life condition

Sometimes I feel really bad because I see how a lot of people has problem in this world. Sometimes we are thinking that we have a bad life and bad moments when really your life is ok. A lot of people are living in bad condition really bad condition in our world. This family are disabilities. The old man can't walk because he has diabetes and his bones has been stop, his daughter borned with mental disability and Down syndrome , and his son who was the person that help them is right now with diabetes too and he lose one leg. The worst of everything is that they haven't money for take a good alimentation and also they are living in worst place. They don't have any help and I want the you can help them ....
