Thank you for taking the time to read this. I recently registered with the organisation International Volunteering HQ (IVHQ) to teach English in Bali, Indonesia. This is my first volunteer trip and I would really appreciate some support to help fund this trip!
Bali is a popular tourist destination which means being able to speak English is fast becoming a desired skill. I will be spending 4 weeks in Ubud, Bali in an Elementary school helping students learn conversational English skills and hopefully improve their education and career prospects.
All funds raised will go towards paying for 4 weeks accommodation, food and return flights.
This is an amazing opportunity and I am really pushing myself out of my comfort zone but that only makes this trip that much more desirable. I will be giving back and immersing myself in to a new culture at the same time.
Finally, this trip is in honour of my uncle, Salim Rajwani, who passed away in May this year. Many times, he encouraged me to challenge myself by doing things that scared me. He told me to travel more, give back and enjoy life. He was a kind, charitable man and this is my way of showing him that his words had an impact on me.
I would be grateful if you could either donate what you can or share my campaign with your friends and family.
Thank you again,
