Help me setup my first blog

Hi! I am 17 years old and an enthusiastic writer.I am currently in HighSchool studying management subjects(Economics & Accounting).I always had a dream to start my own blog and eventually turn blogging into a career.I want to show the world that not having in possesion a Bsc or Msc does not prevent us from getting a proper job and infact, we can set up our own "business". I've been setting aside some of my pocket money which will be in use in the purchasing of equipment and software which will add weight to the articles I will be posting on my blog.

Not only I'm trying to turn blogging into a career but I have in mind much more objectives which will benefit my viewers, whether they are children, teenagers or even adults! For instance I intent to offer educational tools such as explanation on different subjects lik French ot Accounting. Tutorials will be available as well in the near future which will indeed prove to beneficial.
