Help me save my dog

My dog, Mrki (Grumpy in Croatian) has recently been diagnosed with Cushing's disease. To define, Cushing's disease results when the body produces too much of a hormone called cortisol. Cortisol is produced and stored by the adrenals, two small glands that sit on top of the kidneys. He has been having issues with the normal dog activity, like peeing, drinking and eating, and variety of other problems. The cost of the medication is too big for us to handle, and the vet said this was our final hope. The other option doesn't seem valid yet, and we can't even think about it, as our dog has been with us for the last decade. As for many of you, this has been the worst year for us all time, financially, as it is health related. I am starting a campaign as my last desperate call. If you can, please donate anything you can. Without the medication, this is no way of life for either us or our dog. Please help.
