Help me save my children

My abusive husband got me to all kinds of trouble. I was incarcerated for 19 months. For the whole time my husband didn't write me or let my children communicate with me. Now I am out and ready to take care of my kids, as I did their whole lives. My husband is really hateful, hiding the children from me and scaring them away from me. He is mentally ill, on Social Security, living on charities of good people and realizes that this will all stop if he will not have the children. He drinks, abuses drugs, his house smells bad and is dirty and to my opinion not safe or suitable for children. He can barely take care of himself, not to mention 3 kids (9, 11 and 12). He has people watching the children for him, but I don't know anything about who they are.... It is a scary situation and DCF is no help. I would like to raise money so I can rent a house to move in with my children and a car, so I can get to work. Anything helps and is greatly appreciated.
