Help Me Reach My Dream?

My name is Kendra. I am fundraising because I've been invited to a trip of a lifetime. I've been invited to an event called Down Under Sports its where individuals from all over the world who compete in different sports in the Gold Coast of Australia. My sport is track and field (300 people from all over USA were picked because of sportsmanship, talent in the sport of track and field and also academic excellence as a student athlete). The problem is I've been running for going on my 4th year just two years ago I got hurt I went to many different doctors who told me "oh its a groin strain" and prescribed physical therapy, as we got into last years track the pain got worse in my hip so I went back to the doctors once again physical therapy I know something was deeper than just a groin strain so I went to an orthopedic doctor and he sent me for an MRI w/contrast dye and it showed I had torn the cartilage around my hip jointjoint called the labarum and also an FAI (hip impingement). The labarum doesn't heal on its own so surgery was absolutely necessary or it wouldve torn more and be worse. I had surgery in August of 2015 I had to get my hip joint shaved down, arthritis and inflammation treated and I also now have pins in my hip joint holding the tear togther. Originally I was told ii wouldn't be able to play my sport ever again but now im told with ALOT of physical therapy (I go twice a week) I could participate in the sport I love once again. I know I have a long way to go but I'm trying to raise money to make my dream a reality I feel as if I deserve it so much. Any help is greatly appreciated.
