Help me reach my dream!

Hello,
I´m 24 old student.my parents are divorce and a live with my mom only.She si single parent.She does not has a big income and she must pay monthly charges, rent a and food.So we can not afford to save some money.
Also I have been strugling with OCD nad anxious illness for many years.That made my life difficult and I was not ableto have a lot of friends enjoy life like other young people.
But in the last 2 years things seems to be getting better, I still have to take medicine, but i feel a lot of better, but now we have difficult financial situation and I would love to finally have some fun and interesting experiences in my life.I always loved traveling and visiting new places. Especially  traveling  around the USA.I.So please help me to make me dream come true.I would be so happy.Any help will be very appreciate!
