Help me raise school funds

My name is Hussein, and am 21 years old, I am here asking for help for my university fees, I am currently stepping into my university, however as an international student in the US I don’t get the 9000 pound yearly tuition fee, I will have to pay a fee of 21000 dollars a year. I live in a average family with a working-class salary of about 15000000 phillipine pesos which is about 15000 dollars a year. When I go to my university to study, I will have to pay about 21000 dollars a year on average and that’s not including the cost of living. Of course my parents have agreed to support me with my tuition fees, however both of their salary added together would be about 30000 dollars a year, and that’s just enough to cover the tuition fee, and they said they would try to squeeze out my cost of living as well. However, as a son, I know what kind of pressure my parents are facing, and as my parents they have supported me for 21 years, and now I am turning an young adult, I understand in western culture, people at this age are considered financially independent, which means I shouldn’t be still relying on parents to support me. Please, you all have parents that are turning older and older, as a son, I don’t feel to rely on them to support my financials for university. However, I am also aware that my lack of skills compared to the western student puts me in a tight situation where it would be hard for me to find a part time job, and even if I do, it will still do little to help with this huge amount of pressure
