Hi, I am Velma Overmeyer and I am from Western Cape, Cape Town.

I cannot survive on a government pension only. I want to start a home cooking business I need funds to buy utensils and ingredients and need to market myself more effectively

I would also like to live on my own one day. I need my independence and need to be self-sufficient.

I have already put my feelers out and a lot of people are interested. Every bit will help me achieve my goal. I used to do catering for family birthdays etc so I'm a whizz in the kitchen. People can order dinners from me from Monday to Thursday.

I also bake and do desserts. I aim to start beginning April 2022. I will also give discounts to people who refer clients to me. My cooking is amazing people are always encouraging me to go into this business.

Its convenient people don't have to cook everything is freshly prepared for them to collect in Bergvliet . I will also cater for small functions and baking for orders. Sunday mornings I will sell warm Koeksisters and samosas
