Help me prove my innocence

On October 1st 2016 I made the decision to check myself into a rehab/psychiatric facility for drug abuse and depression. This was a decision I made soly in order to l clean my life up for myself and my children. After successfully completing the program I was asked by my brother to move into his home so I would be able to pay off debts and save money to get my own place again. On November 14th I had confronted my sister-in-law after seeing her attempt to physically assault and mentally abused my 10 year old niece. My brother then assaulted me and my 4 year old son. I called the police in order to calm situation. The police came and got reports from all the adults (me, my wife, my brother and his wife) after they investigated they found that my brother was the primary aggressor and that he was the only one who had committed a crime. Once my brother made bond he was unable to return to his own home due to his bond restrictions not allowing him at my place of residence. I made the conscious decision to go to the court and request that his bond restrictions be lifted so that he would be able to return home. Well in court my sister-in-law attempted to file an eviction notice on me. She was informed that an eviction cost $130 which she did not have. Immediately she was informed by Courthouse officials that the only way an eviction could be served at no cost to her was if I had committed an act of domestic violence. She then filed a new police report about what had happened the night her husband went to jail. Her new statement different from her original statement tremendously she had made allegations that I had assaulted her. Even though there was no proof and based on her statements changing only after her husband had been arrested for assaulting me and my child I was still arrested for domestic assault and ordered to not return to the residence. My wife kept in contact with my sister-in-law as they had no immediate issues between each other. My wife was then informed by my sister-in-law that she was welcome to come by anytime and get her belongings and the belongings of our children. The day I was released my wife was drove to my brother's house buy a friend of mine so that she could get her clothes and our children's clothes as well as her dog. The next day a warrant was taken out for my arrest claiming that I had been to the home because my things were missing. My wife never took a single thing from the home that belongs to me. Once again with no proof at all I was arrested and charged in contempt of court. After paying yet another Bond my wife myself and our children left the county once again so that I could not be accused of any other crime occurring in Rutherford County. I also changed my phone number lost my job due to all of these false allegations and cut ties with anyone who has connection with my brother or his wife except for my parents. I spoke with my mother on the phone a few days ago and informed her of my plan 2 be found innocent and then prosecute my brother and his wife for filing false police reports. She had apparently given this information to my brother. He was irate about what I have told my mother and yet again filed another false police report stating that I had attempted to relay a message to him via third party contact. This is not true I had consulted to my mother about some depressing situations that we're going on in my life. I never asked her to tell him anything nor did I expect this. I now am going to go to jail again for contempt of court for something I did not do with no proof being shown that I did anything simply based on he said she said allegations. Now that you know my story I must ask for the help from anyone who is willing and able. I only ask because I was denied a public defender based on the fact that I had been able to make bond twice and had a job. Do to these false allegations I was terminated from my employment I now have no job no income 3 boys ages 4, 3 and 1 as well as a child on the way with my wife. It takes everything I can to support my family to the best of my ability. I am 100% to hire legal counsel. And even though the law states I am innocent until proven guilty that is not the case I'm guilty until proven innocent and without legal counsel there's no way to prove my innocence which will result in me being convicted of a crime and which I did not commit. Anything will help right now butt I must say I am at the mercy of my friends and family at this time. I would like to thank everyone on behalf of myself my wife and our children.
