Help me protect my son

This right here is my almost 15 month old son. I am in a continuous custody battle with his “father”.

I am a single mother, I work 40+ hours per week and I provide for my son all in my own. His father has failed to pay child support.

Samuels father is a 29 year old who we believe has relapsed back into drugs. He has multiples charges in the past that the courts will not use against him because they are a year in the past. His charges consist of possession of needles, paraphernalia, and a battery charge that ended in injury while intoxicated.He is finisncally supported by his weathly parents that provide everything for him.

I should not have to live in fear of him shooting up whike my son is in his care. I should not have fear what kind of marks my child comes with or blister on his bottom. That should not have to be on any parents mind while their child is with the “other parent”.

I am going to be using the funds that I receive to help pay attorney fees so I can fight for my son. Anything amount at all will help me.
