Help me pay off my tuition fee and get my diploma

Please help me pay off my overseas tuition fee and get my diploma. It was difficult to pay for tuition and living as an international student for me and my family, but with COVID-19 one of my parents has lost their job and it became impossible to pay it off. Now I can't get my diploma after 3 years of studying and can't move anywhere or start working. Nor UK or Kazakh government are being helpful or supportive. University itself also doesn't have any advice or doesn't offer any help just stating that I either pay and get the diploma or will face extra charges. It is a very stressful time for me, so every pound counts.
