Help me make my baby legal

Hello this is Mary Rose pls help me raise money for legalization for my jacob. It happened when i gave birth to my only son it was only me and my dad who suffers because we are not in good terms with my ex on that time because he had an affair when we're still together. My dad saw everything what ive been through. When i already gave birth the hospital immediatly give us the papers for registering my baby for live birth certificate. I though my father would put my name as the mother of my child but it turns out ny father adopt my baby as his own son on the papers the name of the mother is my mother not me and the name of the father is my dads name. I only find it out too late. I cried because in legal papers my son is my sibling and don't want that because im so proud that i have a son. Everyday i feel pity to my son because i dont know what to do. I visited the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH just to know what are the process on changing the name of the parents they told me that it will undergo court hiring. I cried thinkinh i dont have enough money they told me it cost a big amount. I have a balance in the hopsital where i gave birth to my son because my father just write promissory note if we can't pay 15k on the bill the hispital might file a case on my dad and i dont want to. Pls help me raise money to make my baby as mine and be a legal parent.
