Help me make a career

I have been a carer and continue to do so for a family friend since 2000. When he got diagnosed with throat cancer. I have for last 15 yrs and hopefully many more. I am looking to raise some money for a new Apple Laptop and Desktop Computer as I have no funds and have no career to go to afterwards. I wish also to study Accountancy at home hence request for funds as I cannot do this.
