Help me keep the only roof over my head

I had 3 major ankle surgeries done and finally fusion of the bones which has left me with limited mobility and pain most days.I have had to give up a good paying job because it required me to be on my feet all day to being disabled retired which I only get monthly and no help from social security because the job I worked did not put into social security so they would not help with any extra income so the bills start piling up and I had to move out of my apartment and into my car which is going to be taken away soon because I have fallen behind at least 2 payments. Its the only Home I got left and the only safe place to sleep. I tried going to shelters but they are full and could not assist me at all. I am fine with living in my car just need help to keep it until I can get back on my feet and back to work.
