A much younger and larger male neighbor who was displeased with the leaves on my property, decided to grab my hair and like a yoyo proceeded to bash my brains to the ground.

We both have the same insurance company. they are covering him and not me

They are suing me for legal defense costs for defending my attacker.

It is surreal. My assailant keeps stalking me and intimidating me. I fear for my life.
