Help me keep my home

Im 24 years old and I was working at a grocery store and hurt my back while i was at work doing a task i was asked to do by myself and lift a box that was too heavy, soon after i was fired. now i cant find a job and im in desperate need of assistance. my rent is now past due nearly $3000 and my bills are past due $1000 and hospital bill is $6000. Ive been living here with out gas for the past 4 or 5 months since its been warm here the cold water ive gotten used to. I have no food the town i live in the water is undrinkable so Ive been trying to boil it so i can drink it. if anyone can help me get through this tough situation and i get enough just to pay off some bills until i get a job i would be so so so very grateful.
