help me help my love

May 25 2014 my girlfriend was in a very bad car accident she broke her femur her arm pelvis and cut her radial nerve and lost movement in her arm we jus recently moved in together beause our families live in different citys we now havebills that are hard to pay and live with me only having a part time job and if I dnt find a better job we may be forced to split apart I love her dearly as well as she loves me the same and we jus need some help to pay medical bills please help us get through this rough road
