Help Me & Help Beat Prostate Cancer

As many of you know my brother Ian passed away in October from prostate cancer and it was a very hard time for the family. My friends and family helped raise funds for a specific drug to enhance and prolong his life. For that we are all truly grateful. Unfortunately my brother Kevin (53) has now been diagnosed with this aweful illness. He is receiving treatment and has a long and short term plan.

I wanted to do something useful and because i'm so over weight have decided to give myself 3 weeks to loose as much weight (Heathily) as possible and ask YOU guys to donate what you can. You can donate for every pound that I lose or you can just donate a set amount. It's up to you. All the money I raise with go straight to MEN UNITED who do a wonderful job.

CAN I URGE ALL MY MALE FRIENDS TO GO TO YOU DOCTOR AND HAVE A CHECK. PLEASE DO IT NOW, DO NOT PUT IT OFF UNTIL NEXT WEEK. IT COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE!!!

The selfish bit: I'm really putting on the pounds and want to get fit and lose weight. I need some pressure from you guys to 'do it' and that is why I thought it would be great to do some good at the same time. So I will be going for it over the next 3 weeks and try and help myself and subsequently help others and raise awareness. PLEASE SHARE ON ALL YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA SITES.
