Help me have my solo exhibition and save our house

This is my second year as a fine artist and I am aiming to have my first solo exhibition this year. However, I am living with my mother who is past the age of employment. She recently started a proofreading business which has yet to take off and in a few months she is going to run out of money!

This means that in order for us to survive, she will have no option but to sell our old, run down house which is very precious to us and has been my home for the last 23 years. If I were able to find a full time job lucrative enough to save the house, it would leave me very little time to work on my art. That is why I want to raise at least $6000, which will cover the six months I estimate it will take to finish my body of work. The world needs my art!
