Help me grow my network marketing business

I am wanting to grow my network marketing business by helping others join me in the business. My goal is to help with men and women who are good at networking with people but cannot afford the joining capital of approx $100 per person. This will help them achieve additional stream of income to support their families. Network marketing business works really well in my country because of the low starting/joining costs. I commit to teach them about the business and how to brand themselves. I would be grateful for the support, even if I can assist one person, that's good enough.
